AI School Management Portal
Multi-Tenant School Management Platform with Offline-First AI
A complete school management portal built as a multi-tenant platform: every school operates as an isolated tenant with its own data, branding and rules, on one shared codebase. The platform covers the full academic operation — admissions, attendance, timetabling, gradebook, assignments, fees and parent communication — across on-site, online and hybrid schooling modes. An offline-first sync engine keeps classroom functions usable through connectivity loss, and a bilingual AI layer assists staff and parents while keeping every decision with a person.
The Challenge
What We Faced
School operators running both physical campuses and online programmes were juggling disconnected tools — one system for attendance, another for timetables, another for fees, assignments and parent communication. Group operators managing multiple schools needed one platform where every school runs independently with its own data, branding and rules. And because campus connectivity is not always reliable, a cloud-only system that stops working mid-lesson was not acceptable.
Our Solution
How We Solved It
We built a multi-tenant school management portal where each school onboards through configuration, not code, with tenant-level data isolation enforced at the platform layer. The system runs the full academic operation across three modes — on-site, online and hybrid — under a single academic model, with role-based portals for administrators, teachers, students and parents. An offline-first sync engine keeps attendance, grading and lesson delivery fully usable during connectivity loss, with automatic conflict-resolution sync when the connection returns. The AI layer includes a bilingual Arabic-English assistant grounded in each school's own policies and records with citations, AI-assisted timetable generation under real constraints such as rooms and teacher load, and attendance-pattern flags routed to staff for review — a person always makes the final decision.
