Doctors in the client's network were juggling multiple disconnected tools: a paper appointment book, separate EMR systems at each clinic, manual prescription pads, and spreadsheet-based billing. This fragmentation led to 2+ hours daily on administrative tasks, duplicate data entry, and no visibility into practice performance. They needed a single platform that streamlined clinical workflows without adding complexity to their already demanding schedules.

How We Solved It
We built a web-based doctor portal with an intelligent calendar that syncs with the patient app for real-time appointment management. The digital prescription module includes an AI-powered drug interaction checker that flags conflicts from a database of 10,000+ medications. Patient records display a complete timeline view — visits, prescriptions, lab results, and notes — across all clinic locations. The billing module auto-generates invoices, tracks payments, and provides revenue analytics with monthly reports. Role-based access control allows clinic staff to manage scheduling without accessing clinical data.
