How do you handle offline use and unreliable connectivity?

With an offline-first data layer rather than a loading spinner. Records are cached locally, writes are queued, and a conflict-resolution rule is agreed per entity so the app stays usable on a train, in a warehouse or on a hospital ward. Background sync resumes when the connection returns, and sync state is visible to the user so nothing appears to vanish silently.
